Shared Documents Issues

When a user other then the user who created the original document goes to view the document the image is not displayed.

If the original user goes to view the document and or edit the document they can view and see all the images they added.

Public users can not view the images either ....

Images are not displayed for any other user other then the creator of the document.

any ideas how to fix this ???

Also why does firefox require a double click to add image but ie8 does not. Is there fix for that?

Clear / Flush cache

Enter shared document account and re-apply public permissions

This happens to every user they can't just go to a different account for each shared item and reapply permissions. Is there a permissions setting or other fix that will allow all shares that are world viewable to show the images?
