[SOLVED] Updating from ZCS 5.0.9 to latest

For the last issues I went on my backup folder and copy the missing file back in /opt/zimbra/postfix/conf/relay_domain_transport.db and it work thanks for your help guys

The .db is a compiled hash so you should have a relay_domain_transport plain text file as-well somewhere ?

Since I didn't know what I was doing went I upgraded I thought I could let people like me know what I did to help you guys out...

First, I want to let everyone know this take a long time...
I work from 5pm to 4h30am last night to make sure everything was working this morning... (not the 3hours of overtime I had expected hehe)

Before starting everything make a full backup using the admin console...

So most of the time was backing up the /opt/zimbra account
Before doing that go as the zimbra user as stop the zimbra server

su zimbra
cd bin
zmcontrol stop

Then make sure all zimbra process are all terminated

ps aux | grep zimbra
and use kill -9 to terminate the remaining zimbra process

exit to go back (CTRL-C) as root

then backup the folder
cp -Rp zimbra zcsbackup
(there might be a faster way because that took forever)

then if didn't do it yet download the upgrade, untar it and install it
./install

for me the upgrade when smoothly but we had the error from the previous post but after copy the file everything was back and running
