Does anyone know if this is fixed in 4.0.1 or not?

Well I ran the upgrade and it seems as if this has not been fixed. The admin report on mail usage neither has the graphs.

Can you run the following command:
Code:
zmlocalconfig stats_img_folder
That should point to '${zimbra_home}/logger/db/work' if it points to '${zimbra_home/zimbramon/rrdtool/work' then edit the file localconfig.xml to reflect the correct directory save it and do a tomcat stop/start. See if that's the problem.

Mine was pointing to the old folder. I've edited localconfig.xml, let's hope that does the trick.

Thumbs up Worked w/ an upgraded 4.0.0

I just wanted to chime in that on my production 4.0.0 install which had not been showing proper graphs since somewhere down the 3.2 line the localconfig.xml setting was also incorrect. I also noticed that after a normal "zmcontrol stop" a number of perl and logswatch processes owned by the zimbra user continued to run. After using pkill to nix any zimbra-related processes and making the config change to localconfig.xml, I brought it back up with zmcontrol and all seems well now. My graphs are once again up to date. I'll keep an eye on it but so far so good.

pepijn.

I made the change and restarted Zimbra too but did not ps for any strays. My graphs time scale updated but with no new stats added. Just now I've stopped Zimbra and killed any stray processes then started Zimbra again. Hopefully I will have success too!

That's it! Finally, stats are working. Thanks to everyone for sticking with this thread for so long and seeing it through.

Excellent!

Sorry it took so long to get back but traveling sucks nowadays

This seemed to be my issues as well as soon as I did this my graphs zero'd out and started to show data as mail flowed in.

Thank you so very much.
