I think it just made things worse:

UPDATE: mailbox.log still isn't updated, and
Apr 16 05:33:32 sls-ce8p18 zim - Anonymous - hAUvGSNe - Pastebin.com is my zimbra.log. At least it looks like I found the problem (?) a problem with the ldap server?
