Default [SOLVED] Most email ends in Junk folder?

Hi,

I have just installed Zimbra.. First , A million tnx to the people that made Zimbra. Its amazing... and offcourse tnx to the turnkey people for making a distro. I love you guys...

I just have some question....
1. Why does allmost all mail ends in the Junk folder? and how to fix that? (I have google... Found some info about.. login with user, select junk filter etc.. but there is no Global option there!?!?!!??)

2. How easy can i take a complete backup, and make a copy/restore?

Greetings Eddie

Welcome to the forums

To understand why everything goes into the Junk folder we would need to see the headers from one of those emails ?

With respect to backups would you please let us know which version of Zimbra you are using
Code:
su - zimbra
zmcontrol -v
And my I ask what is TurnKey ?

Hi, Tnx for reply...
The email thats goes in the JUNK folder is random.
examples of emails is: facebook.
I have added the sendes to my contact list. I have not made any filter, because i want to fix this in some global settings...

Is there any setting for the antispam filter???

Turkey is a linux distro with zimbra installed...
TurnKey Linux Virtual Appliance Library | Virtual Appliances for Virtual Machines, Cloud Computing and Bare Metal

But you aren't too lazy to paste the result of zmcontrol -v within your Zimbra installation . Why ? Because it's tell us which version you may used and is there any mentioned bug.

For starting point, could you please paste the header of mail (message source) that come into junk folder ?

Regarding your old Zimbra version (the last one are zcs 5.0.23 and 6.0.6), you have a SpamAssasin bug (FH_DATE_PAST) on your Zimbra Installation as noticed on email headers :
