Postfix restriction query

Hi Guys,

Our customer has around 20 sifferent DLs and around 30 different users need to have SPECIFIC DL access...not all DLs.

I refered below link

And for EACH users I have created its permitted_sender , protected_recipients files and respective classes which i use to do for normal DL access. But as I am applying different restrictions on every DL its not working as per requirement.
If we assigned per usr per DL then it works but if we assign multiple restrictions as per enclosed sheet then it doesnt work...

Can anyone please help.
