Change the Password in Webmail with AD doesn't work

Please,

I have a issue with the Webmail, in the change password for users, to perform the exchange of passwords, it are not being validated by the AD, and is not reported any error message in this moment, but to log back into Webmail is only possible with the old password, because the new is not validated by the AD.
Someone on the list has been there and could me show, if has any way to fix this?
Remembering that the user Zimbra's in this AD is with administrator permission.
