Default How to set whitelist and use spam training account?

How do we set a white list email addresses to ensure that email from these accounts will not get into the junk box?

Also, how do we use the spam training account and why do we have 2 of them? And is it possible to configure Zimbra such that email in the junk box will also get downloaded into email client with POP3?

Go to the wiki (link at the top of the page) and search for the word 'whitelist'.

You don't 'use' the spam account and you don't (or shouldn't) have two of them. One account is for spam and one is for ham. When you mark an email as spam it gets copied to the spam account and when you mark an email as not junk a copy gets sent to the ham account - they are used to train the anti-spam systems.

No, it isn't. You'd be better off using IMAP if you want to see that feature.

You could have found these answers by a quick search of the forums.
