Images Not Loading Using Print Icon

Having an issue where images are not showing up using the print page icon at the top of the email. They show up as empty boxes. Using the print function of the browser, i.e. clicking "File", "Print", the images do display but the page is truncated. I couldn't find much information on this so I can only guess this is an uncommon issue. My server has plain text login disabled and is running on a non-standard port. I've even tried using a web browser on the server itself and still the same problem. Is there a setting under the admin panel that I'm missing?

Any ideas on this? There's this thread but it doesn't seem to apply unless the bugs never got fixed. What are the reasons why images wouldn't show?
