Default how to setup an mail account...

to catch mail sent/recieved from/to specific domani.
Hi
I try to explain better.
I complete first migration step from exchange to zimbra on a client domain, but now I have a little problem to solve, so I need help :-)
On exchange system they have setup a special account and use a VB script for managing SMTP protocol and transport event sink bindings named smtpreg.vbs. (It comes from microsoft)

using this script they check incoming and outcoming mail sent/recieve from specific domian (eg. alpha.com) and "forward" in bcc this mail to a special account for security policies, so the Security manager receive a "BCC" copy of any messagges set/received from domain alpha.com.
Now I have to setup the same "thing" in zimbra.
Any suggestion?
Thanks in advance...
Alessio

try searching here for "always bcc". i think you'll need to configure postfix manually.

Default find solution...

after a little sudy we find a solution.
The problem was BCC mail sent/revived to/from some domaini and/or user
We found this solution:
add to /opt/zimbra/postfix/conf/main.cf
the following lines
recipient_bcc_maps = hash:/opt/zimbra/postfix/conf/recipient_bcc
sender_bcc_maps = hash:/opt/zimbra/postfix/conf/sender_bcc

then edit recipient_bcc and sender_bcc
and insert the email or domain space the bcc account
eg:
somedomain.com catch@mydomain.it

then create has with:

/opt/zimbra/postfix/sbin/postmap sender_bcc
/opt/zimbra/postfix/sbin/postmap recipient_bcc

and reload postfix.
It works :-)

It should work. The file is /opt/zimbra/postfix/conf/main.cf

To all in this topic:
Please note that when you upgrade, the main.cf file **may** be replaced, and editing the main.cf file isn't recomended.
