[SOLVED] Problem we are not getting some emails.. also have problem with spam

Hi there,

I am the new Admin for a internet company
And it seem that some of the employee are not receiving some emails...
(Like we know that someone sent us en email but we never received it)

I don't really where to start I am very new at this.

I also have problem with spam... some employee receive over 150 spam a day

I need help

Please check /var/log/zimbra.log and that will show when a email is received and whether it has been tagged as SPAM or not. If you are suffering from high levels of SPAM then have a read of http://www.zimbra.com/forums/adminis...n-plugins.html

looks like this forum will be very usefull for me from now on...

I have looked at the logs... I cant see anywhere that it was pick up as spam...

from March 29 to April 04 there was no email receive from the email adress in question...what so ever
