Why do you believe you are a open-relay ? By default Zimbra is not installed in such a manner others can openly relay through your server.

By any chance have you included the IP address of your firewall ?

Sorry but that tells us nothing at all ... Even if it has not been changed recently you may have always been a Open Relay. Please post the information above.

You can search the forums on how to fix any open relay problems. You should also post the details of an open relay test to show what happened.

Is the internal IP of your firewall within that range ? Have you tested your server yourself by telneting to port 25, from a external host, and attempting to relay a email through ?
