Yes my server is telneting to port 25 , from external ip

Did you try sending a email through though ? Please answer the previous question regarding how your users send emails. The answer could be as simple as changing the zimbraMtaMyNetworks parameter.

Zimbra, by default, is not an open relay unless you make it one. What modifications have you made to the system (by that I mean the Zimbra configuration) to make it an open relay and do answer the questions you've been asked and you'll get you problem resolved sooner.

Okay; so go into the Zimbra Admin GUI and change the MTA networks from

127.0.0.0/8 192.168.88.0/24

too the following

127.0.0.0/8 192.168.88.???/32

You will need to change the ??? to the correct octet for your Zimbra servers IP.
