Did you try sending a email through though ? Please answer the previous question regarding how your users send emails. The answer could be as simple as changing the zimbraMtaMyNetworks parameter.
Zimbra, by default, is not an open relay unless you make it one. What modifications have you made to the system (by that I mean the Zimbra configuration) to make it an open relay and do answer the questions you've been asked and you'll get you problem resolved sooner.
