Default Junk Mails

hi,

i am facing a problem in zimbra, genuine mails are going to junk folder. i dnt know why. i have given the headers also. can any one please help me to solve this problem.

Please upgrade to the latest version of Zimbra whether that be 5.0.23 or 6.0.6.
