Spam messages from mailer-daemon

Hello All! Have a problem. Every minute i have in zimbra mail quie from 1 to 10 spam messages from user mailer-daemon. I use provider relay for sent my outgoing mail, but it blocked me for spam. How i can block this spam messages?

Zimbra have all checkbox on in global settings MTA

I start iptables on server and drop any connections to 25 port from lan clients.

If it solved your problem, it means that one of your client has trojan/virus that sending email to the outside. Better to check it out.
