Default "mail from" header encoding issue (=?ANSI_X3.4-1968?B?Pz8/?=) ?

Dear All,

one of ZCS 6 NE customers use iPhone as mail client to send emails, everything looks fine, except this. When they send email via iPhone mail client, the sender address(From: ) will be encoded in wrong charset so that when the recipient receives the email, if opened by webclient, it would just show three question marks ??? in From: field. and if opened in Outlook Express, the From: field willl read like : =?ANSI_X3.4-1968?B?Pz8/?=

Please check my attached screenshot for details.

Checking the mail header, it's shown as:
From: =?ANSI_X3.4-1968?B?Pz8/?= <username@domain.name>

when we create this account, we enter the Chinese character as its "displayName", and we suspect this is caused while ZCS uses the wrong encoding : =?ANSI_X3.4-1968?B?Pz8/?= to encode the Chinese displayName.

Does anyone see similiar issue and any idea how to solve this issue?
B.T.W, [ Default Charset for mail composing and parsing ] in COS setting has been set to UTF-8.

Thanks.
