If you have only one identity then try
Code:
su - zimbra
zmprov mid user@domain.com default zimbraPrefIdentityName Nickolay

then how to find the row containing the invalid value that I see in address book?
for example:
user111 visible in address book as value in zimbraPrefIdentityName and zimbraPrefFromDisplay and what else? where it can be?

I thought modifyIdentity procedure enough for fix it, but it don't

thanks in advance

Is that in the GAL or do you have Emailed Contacts enabled within your preferences ?

Yes, it is within GAL.
How to do advanced search for a specific value in the GAL? I suppose that its can be found via
Code:
openldap
tools. I really have no idea where it can be found.

Any suggestion?
thank you.
