Default Some emails go into Junk

Hallo ... Maybe someone can help me? I have multiple domains in a single server, there are some senders who send an email account dedicated to the two accounts in different domains, but that email into the junk mail in one of the recipients, and other recipients into inboxes. whereas the same settings for the domain.

You've not really given much information to allow anyone to offer you advice. You can start with updating your forum profile with the output of the following command (do not post it in this thread):

Code:
zmcontrol -v
Is this a new installation or an update? Have you had this problem for long? Have you made any modifications to the anti-spam system? Have you made any modifications to the kill/tag percentages? What are the reason the email ends up in the junk folder? Post the output of the headers from an email in the junk folder.

This old installation. 75% kill percentage of spam, and this is the old settings, and this problem appeared not long ago. Subject to the normal junk email senders based on subject

Select one of the emails that has gone into the Junk folder, Right click on it and select the option "Show Original". This will open a new window for which you can then copy the headers from the top of the email; especially where you see anything about SpamAssassin/Amavis and scores.

Seems I'm following uxbod around mentioning this: you'll also want to address the openwhois bug, mentioned here.

Best approach IMO: upgrade to a newer ZCS. Per bugzilla and pm.zimbra.com, the openwhois bug is fixed in 5.0.23 (and doesn't affect 6.0.x at all). The FH_DATE_PAST_20XX bug is fixed in 5.0.22 and 6.0.5.
