Antispam Service is running,but still getting spam mails

Hello,

I have installed zimbra FOSS 6.0.3 on sles 10 with 6 gb of ram on my production.
My anti spam service is running though I am getting spam mails (e.g. Viagara, Advertising).
Can somebody tell me what is the issue going on in my mail server.
