is there a way to send an appointment reminder email but have it send once when the appointment is made and have a reminder sent as well the the person the meeting is with the day before the appointment automatically?
We would also love to have appointment reminders from the calendar(s) sent via e-mail. Simply adding the option to send an e-mail at the same time the desktop reminder fires would be perfect for us. This is a feature our users had with their previous calendar (Oracle). They've come to rely on it for all kinds of reasons. I really am surprised this feature seems to be missing.
