Default [SOLVED] Shared Calendar

Our admin assistant has access to the CEO's calendar. However, it does not show up in her Outlook. I figured she would have to use the web interface, but when we attempt to access the shared calendar, Zimbra asks for the path to the shared item. What is the path for a calendar?

Obviously, I have done something wrong. What are the proper steps for making this happen?

Thanks,

Please update your forum profile with the output of the following command (do not post it in this thread):

Code:
zmcontrol -v
Is this a problem with the Outlook Connector? If it is I'll move it from the Zimbra Desktop when you confirm where the problem lies.

No, I don't think this is a problem with the connector. I cannot figure out how to get her to see his calendar using the web interface. If I can get that to work, then I'll worry about whether I can get it to work using the connector.

Then why did you mention "it does not show up in her Outlook" - it won't unless you're using the connector.

You're a bit light on details of what you've done for the Admin Assistant to allow her to see the Calendar in the Web UI. Has the calendar actually been shared with the assistant, has he/she accepted the share, what happens when he/she tries to access the Calendar? A slightly more detailed explanation of what's happening would help.

It's important that you update your forum profile with the information I've asked for so we don't have to keep asking you which version of Zimbra is in use at your organisation.

I'll also move this to the correct forum as it's nothing to do with Zimbra Desktop.

Sorry for the lack of details. I mentioned Outlook because I made the assumption that once I had shared the calendar from the CEO's account, it would automatically show up in Outlook.

Here are the steps I took:
  1. I logged onto the CEO's account.
  2. I shared his calendar with the AA.
  3. I logged onto the AA's account.
  4. I attempted to link to the shared calendar.

The attached image is what I see.

I put in the CEO's email but I have no idea what to put for the path.
