Default Problems with HTML-Mails

Hi,

when I send a HTML-Mail with the Font: TimesNewRoman, the recipient see this Mail in a unreadable font. The recipient uses Lotus Notes. The Problem is only by some recipients. Is there a workaround?

I have also a Problem when I changing a date in the Zimbra calendar. When I set a time to get a notification I see only a blue window without the Text.

My 3. Problem:

I want to add as Disclaimer to my mails using altermime, but only by some mails the disclaimer is show. When I send a mail to my aol-account I see the disclaimer, but when I send the mail to an other account I don't see the disclaimer

Thanks for your help
