Default [SOLVED] Admin UI Login Freezing on "Loading..."

I just tried logging into the Admin panel to change a setting on an account and after I put in the credentials it just pops up with the "Loading.." screen and then freezes. I left it for a good 5 minutes and still nothing.

I tried on another machine to see if it was my browser/PC causing it and the same thing. It was even a different browser client.

I can ssh into the server and do a status check and everything is working perfectly, as is the e-mail system for all users and the Web Client for standard users. I can login to my own mailbox using the Web Client also.

If I close the browser and then go back to the admin panel address it just returns me back onto that "Loading..." screen without returning me to the login prompt.

It's running on the standard 7071 port

Is this a known bug or something I can fix easily? Any assistance would be much appreciated.

Try clearing your browser cache. Does it work if you specify the IP address instead of the FQDN ?

Now it just randomly started working again without changing anything.

Very sorry for wasting your time and thanks for the quick reply

Check that you are having no issues somewhere with DNS.

There is no reason why you could not set up a local caching name server ?

I'm actually about to move to the main office where there is one so it's going to be fine. Just very frustrating earlier today
