Unhappy getting mails in spam or junk folder

Dear All,

I have a distribution list of all users in my mail server named "bulk". Although it is working fine with some id but getting mails in junk or spam when mail is sent through a particular id.
I mean to say that if i send mail to bulk@example.com through example@example.com then all users get this mail to their junk or spam folder , but when the same mail is send through other mail id ex corporate@example.com, mail goes to the inbox properly.

Pls help me........

Regards
Yogesh

Unless we see the headers from one of the emails that have gone into the Junk folder then it is very difficult to work out what is happening.

No we need to see the actual headers. Right click on one of the emails and select "Show Original" then paste into the thread the headers.

You're also getting hit with the openwhois bug, mentioned recently on this forum. Easiest solution is to upgrade zimbra to 6.x or 5.0.23.
