I have the same issue with the status screen showing all red crosses, but all services running and all working fine.
I tried to do:
Code:
ssh -i .ssh/zimbra_identity -o strictHostKeyChecking=no zimbra@MAIL.DOMAIN.COM
(with my oqn FQDN of course) but it asks for the zimbra password, which is not my admin password. Where can I find that?
(b.t.w I have sysstat installed and I think this error might have started after doing an apt-get upgrade which upgraded an ldap package)

Thanks for the time

Exclamation

I have this same issue but I just get an error message:

HTML Code:
Server status data is not available. To see the server status, logger service must be installed.
Logger is installed and running. I did stop/start it, too, to no avail.

Please advise.

Default Administrators GUI server status - red crosses no services running

I'm facing the very same issue with version 6.0.8 under SLES 11 SP1.

I have just corrected the "statistics not shown" (permission problems, wrong/inexistent auth keys, syslog not properly configured) problem which I thought related to this but it seems not.

I have sysstat package installed and I'm running syslog. I did a ./syslog restart and it appears to be running fine. After that I run this

Code:
ssh -i .ssh/zimbra_identity -o strictHostKeyChecking=no zimbra@mail.unitan.net
but server did not show any answer

Any idea will be much appreciated,

Pancho

After I downloaded & installed latest full Zimbra and installed it as an update, my problem went away.

Also had this problem, usually installed ZCS on CentOS, the console showed all well and in fact it was okay because the server performs all its functions, but the graphical interface provided services were in red. I read many possible solutions to my case even here, which sheds some light on my doubts and thought it was something with the log's. I realized all my installations had that problem was the service stopped "crond" the active and! Wonder! everything turned green. I hope to serve and advise the results.
