Default User Shortcuts Unavailable

Hi -

We have recently upgraded from ZCS NE 5.0.16 to 6.0.5 on Ubuntu 64-bit.

Today a user has noticed that he no longer has access to his mail folder shortcuts, and his old shortcuts no longer function. I've randomly checked a couple other accounts, and the issue appears to be system-wide.

I've done some research into why this might be, and it's baffling. The admin. guide says that "Enable keyboard aliases" under preferences should be checked in the COS or user account. I am not finding an "Enable keyboard aliases" option, but I did find the "Enable keyboard shorcuts" option, and it is checked in all cases.

The user guide has a section on creating shortcuts. It refers to the "Mail Folder Shortcuts," the "Saved Search Shortcuts," and the "Tag Shortcuts" "tabs." No such "tabs" are appearing on any user ZWC pages.

Am I missing something here? How can I re-enable user-defined shortcuts?

Thanks for any help/insight you can provide.

Greg
