Default [SOLVED] Briefecase URL

Good day,

I need assistance with my briefcase URL. I own a small web hosting company. I host websites such as fltechshop.com on cloud server instances with Rackspace. I am also hosting my clients emails on my Zimbra 6.0.5 standalone server installation. Here is my pickle: The zimbra servers domain name is mail.fltechshop.com. I have a domain called fltechshop.com installed on my zimbra server. I also have an email account called smixon@fltechshop.com setup in the fltechshop.com domain inside zimbra. fltechshop.com resolves to the fltechshop.com web server. The fltechshop.com mx record points to mail.fltechshop.com. When I add an item to the briefcase and I try to download it from within the smixon@fltechshop.com account, it directs to fltechshop.com, which is my actual web server. I need it to resolve to mail.fltechshop.com not fltechshop.com. This scenario occurs for all of the domains within zimbra. Can anyone help me understand what I need to do on the zimbra server so that it directs fltechshop.com (or other domains) to mail.fltechshop.com?

Thanks in advance!

Welcome to the forums,

zmprov md domain.com zimbraPublicServiceHostname domain.com
or
zmprov md domain.com zimbraPublicServiceHostname whatever.domain.com

(The server uses zimbraPublicServiceHostname to generate REST URLs, ie: briefcase, document, calendar sharing etc. As long as the address you use has a proper DNS entry to point at 'server' both internally and externally that's all you should have to modify on each domain. Additionally if you have more than one domain you may also want to set virtual hosts (zimbraVirtualHostname) so that you only need to type the 'username' part of the login and not 'username@domain.com'.)
