Add External Email Account Problem

Hi,

I am using Zimbra Network Edition 6.0.1. I really don't know why I can't set for the external email account. The error said that "connection error".

But I have also installed another email testing platform as Zimbra Network Edition 6.0.5, no error was given out with my same setting as 6.0.1.

Anyone know that can solve this problem under 6.0.1?

Mine does something similar. It sits there at Status: Testing... for a long time first.
