I use
zmprov ms server.com zimbraReverseProxyPop3StartTlsMode on

and to verify
zmprov gs server.com | grep zimbraReverseProxyPop3StartTlsMode
zimbraReverseProxyPop3StartTlsMode: only

can somebody help me please
