Unable to restart zmlogger

i want try to restart my zimbra server, but it seem the server unable to restart the zmlogger, it will hang when try to stop the zmlogger, i had tried to use zmloggerctl to reload the logger, but it still failed. How can i fix the problem? thanks

Are you trying to restart the server (hardware) or the services (software) ?
By 'restart', do you mean 'start'?

Is it just the logger service that's not running, or can you net get ZCS as a while to start up? This can be answered by posting the output of "zmcontrol status" executed as the zimbra user.

I'm trying to restart the whole zimbra service, the logger is running, but i try to restart the logger service by the command "zmloggerctl stop" it doesn't show the service stop and just remain running

zmapachectl is not running

when i try to stop the service by command "zmcontrol stop" and i get this
Stopping stats...Done.
Stopping mta...Done.
Stopping spell...Done.
Stopping snmp...Done.
Stopping archiving...Done.
Stopping antivirus...Done.
Stopping antispam...Done.
Stopping imapproxy...Done.
Stopping memcached...Done.
Stopping mailbox...Done.
Stopping logger...

it just stop at "stopping logger" so how can i fix the problem?
