Why is the branding option gone in NE v6.05?

Hi

I have just performed a new install of Zimbra NE 6.05 64 bit Ubuntu 8.04. When I entered the Admin console three things where missing.

* Certificates zimlet
* Backup zimlet
* Domain branding (under theme)

I manage to solve the Certificates issu with this:

mkdir /opt/zimbra/zimlets-properties
chmod 750 /opt/zimbra/zimlets-properties
chown zimbra:zimbra /opt/zimbra/zimlets-properties
su - zimbra
zmzimletctl deploy zimlets/com_zimbra_cert_manager.zip
zmmailboxdctl restart

But I try to run:

zmzimletctl deploy zimlets/com_zimbra_backuprestore.zip as the zimbra user i get this message:

I cant even find a clue to how to resolve the branding issue.

Can it be done from the commandline? We host several domains that needs to be branded, but after a new install of NE 6.05 the option is gone in the admin UI.

Starting zimbra services was disabled at the time of zmsetup, which will skip zimlet and document initialization.

How can I fix this? It seems like all mails are on hold to. No mails are going out no mails are coming inn.
