upgrade from zimbra NE 5.0.18 to 6.0.4

I currently running zimbra 5.0.18 NE and i want to upgrade to to 6.0.4 is it necesary to upgrade it first to 5.0.21 after that upgrade it to 6.0.4 or direct it's possible to upgrade from 5.0.18 to 6.0.4.

any documents for steps or help to do upgrade process.

Details for the upgrade path are outlined in the product Release Notes (and several threads in the forums) but there's no reason you can't gor from your current version to 6.x - do make sure you take a backup first.

Run the './install.sh' script and it will upgrade your current installation - do make sure you take a backup first.
