Default Can't receive scanned file.

Hye there..
I'm new to zimbra.
I got a problem that can't be solved til now.
in my office, we are using network printer & copier.
The problem is, since last week all staff didn't accept file that they scanned through the copier to their outlook.
when i checked at zimbra mail.
the file is in junk mail which didn't happen before this.
i was tried to set the filter so any file that was scanned will go to our inbox.
but still can't solved the problem.
the files still go to junk mail and we have to open zimbra just to change it to 'not junk' to make sure it will appear in our outlook.
i really need any advice on how to solve this problem.
Thanx in advance.

Welcome to the forums

Are you saying this is in Zimbra Desktop or the Zimbra server is moving it to Junk ?

Okay I have moved the thread for you

What we would need to see if the headers from one of the emails that have been marked as junk.

That does not really show us anything; we need to see the email headers. Right click on the email and select Show Original.
