Default domain-admins?

I wonder if its possible to create domain-admin-accounts?

This accounts should be able to create new users and assign them email-adresses for the domain or domains they are admins of.

As far as I can see I can create as many-admin-accounts as I want, but all of them can assign any emailadress to their users.

I host a load of domains here and serveral people are responsible for different domains. By now MX-server is a different server that sorts out the emails based on a sql-database and then delivers to zimbra using lmtp but I would like to establish zimbra as full mailserver here.

thnx
