[SOLVED] admin account locked

Few days after the two of the servers to lastest version, and found there is problem, the admin account had been locked may due to some hacking issues and together there are also some user accounts can not be login too. Therefore, need some help to see if anyway to unlock the admin in command line?

Best practice: Since admin, root & postmaster are common accounts that probably get lots of invalid attempts - most people lock that one, set up forwarding, and give another hard to guess account admin permissions - so you don't get locked out so easily.
