Default Mails refused back in error 550 5.7.1

Since we migrate on Zimbra we got sometime mails refused in error 550 5.7.1 as:

messages have been blocked by the recipient OR by Trend Micro Email
Reputation Service. Contact the recipient or his/her administrator using
alternate means to resolve the issue. (in reply to RCPT TO command)
These addresses had no problems before, have you an explication ?

Thanks in advance.

The error message really means what it says and you need to contact the recipient mail admin and find out why the message was rejected.

Yes and it's what I do, but I have this problem with several mails addresses, we have changed our IP MX address perhaps it is the origin of this problem...

Thanks for your help.

I have absolutely no idea what the problem is, only the admin of the receiving server can tell you why it was rejected.

Thanks for your help and I know that's the problem don't come from our server but I would like to know why it's come since our IP and MX change.

Once you check with the receiving admin he'll be able to confirm the problem, it could be almost anything. You could start my checking if your domain or IP address is on any blacklists or if you have a reverse DNS for the IP etc., etc.
