Default [SOLVED] How do I remove "Zimbra" from the header when printing email?

This is a very difficult one to search since the word Zimbra is everywhere. When we print messages using the print button it prints the word Zimbra at the top in the header, and also another header https:// address at the top with footer number of pages date and time at the bottom of the page.

I need to try to remove all or some of this. I hope there is a way. If so I would really appreciate it if someone could point me in the correct direction.

Thanks,
Dale

You can remove the header and footer information in Page Setup in Internet Explorer for example.

The only way I can think of is to modify the Zimbra interface language strings. It's a tedious process because when the next version is released and you upgrade, you'll have to do it all again. I opened a ticket about this some time ago -- it really should be a lot easier to re-brand ZCS.

Xeon,
Thanks for your post.
I tried to change those settings in IE, and firefox, and it didn't seem to do anything.
Thanks,
Dale

I don't know where it is, but I found that the string is:
Quote:
<td class="ZhZimbraTitle">Zimbra</td>
When I found the place I'm gonna tell you (or if you are quicker than me you tell me, please :-) )

The rebranding documentation is available in the Support Portal. Zimbra typically hasn't been keen about posting specific rebranding techniques here in the forums.

Hope that helps,
Mark

I find this a bit odd; sure, they want to have their name circulated, but they also want people to use their stuff, right?! So why not make it easy for ISP/HSP:s to brand it. At some point, it becomes obvious that Zimbra is the underlying platform no matter what you do.
