Default Zimbra Open Source Backup Methods

Hello to everyone,

I like to backup daily my server can someone tell me a good method?

I dont have another linux machine on my network only windows and i prefer an ftp or something like this method.

Thanks for your replay, i try to make this backup script template for my situation can you give me some help with this

time=`date +%Y-%m-%d_%H-%M-%S`

how can i sintax this?

Is it right something like this?
time=`monday +%2010-%03-%19%02-%00-%00`
