Question [SOLVED] SSL certificate installation problem

Dear All,

I am facing these problems after trying to install SSL certificate in Zimbra. I am currently using zcs-6.0.0_GA_1802.RHEL5 edition.

zmprov getMailboxInfo yogesh2tech@example.com
ERROR: zclient.IO_ERROR (invoke sun.security.validator.ValidatorException: PKIX path validation failed: java.security.cert.CertPathValidatorException: signature check failed, server: localhost) (cause: javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException sun.security.validator.ValidatorException: PKIX path validation failed: java.security.cert.CertPathValidatorException: signature check failed)

Also after installing certificate it gives this error, even showing certicate installed sucessfully.Although servrice is running but webpages(neither admin console nor webmail) can not be acccessed.

[zimbra@mail ~]$ zmcontrol start
Host mail.example.com
Starting ldap...Done.
Unable to determine enabled services from ldap.
Enabled services read from cache. Service list may be inaccurate.
Starting logger...Done.
Starting mailbox...Done.
Starting antispam...Done.

Pls help me.Its very urgent to me to continue the job.........

Looks like you're probably hitting the same thing as this thread: ZCS Network Install: Was working, now possibly broken due to SSL?

Dear Sir,

Thank U for a quick reply.

But this time I dont have the commercial certificate. I just want to restore the server with the self signed certificate first. Than I will do some work on commercial certificate, Now the primary issues is to resolve the problem first.

Try regenerating self signed certificate.
