Default [SOLVED] CentOS 5.4 with LVM & DRDB/Pacemaker?

I have a physical server setup, running Zimbra.
Now I need to do a DRDB/heartbeat to a virtual server on Xen, that would give us failover and redundancy to ensure virtual nill downtime.
The Distro is CentOS 5.4 64bit with LVM (as configured by default).

Any one have a pointer for me to a how-to or wiki on how to set it up on a running server without re-installing? We really need maximal uptime so cannot re-install server with new partitions, etc. to get it to work. All the how-to's I found relevant is either a bit old, or is installing from scratch.

Any help/links/pointers would be greatly appreciated.
