Users not getting new share nofication emails

Hi

I have setup a new server, and my users do not appear to be getting the new share notification emails.

I.e. I share my calendar with user1@mydomain.com and set as a viewer, and send the standard notification. But the user doesn't get the notification that allows them to automatically add/accept the share.

Any ideas why? I can send/recv. emails from the individual user accounts no problem.
