Default RE-Installation of commercially signed certificate

Hi!

I had to re-set up my Zimbra-Server from scratch after a hardware-crash.
Everything works fine again, except one problem: I have a commercially signed certificate (which i bought, after i set up the server the first time about a year ago) and now i want to use it for my new installation. But i cannot install it via the admin-interface: It says something like "XXXXX Error: Unmatching certificate ...."
The servername, email-domain, etc. are all unchanged since last setup.

what should i do to be able to use ist again on my fresh installation?

any ideas?

You don't say what errors you're getting or which vendor the Certificate is from but you could try installing it manually, serch the wiki for the word 'certificate' or the forums for some other threads on the subject.
