[SOLVED] How to resend messages from server to user inbox

If the user has Microsoft outlook set to download messages but leave a copy on the server how can i resend the messages stored on the server again to the user

a user receives an email after he read the message user delete the message , but he has set as a copy of the message to remain on the server, how do I send that message back to user
