forwarding

I have made a filter :if to is xx@domain keepit in inbox and forward it to xyz@domain.

THis has worked for many mails but one mail was not forwarded according to the filter. To shows xx@domain.com; mailbox log doesnt show me the filter forward for this email.
please help

Is there any other filter getting fired before the one you added ?
