Download not working for inactive account searches

Hi,

In the administration interface, if I go to Searches - Inactive accounts (90 days) and hit the download button, nothing gets downloaded, despite the list containing a number of accounts. It opens an empty window, e.g. at the following url

https://mail.example.com:7071/servic...1215055614Z%29

Same thing happens for all searches.

Is this a known bug or is there something I'm missing? Are there any log files I should be checking for errors?
