Default Auto-Reply not working

zimbra auto-reply is not working for all my users. I have successfully setup in the COS the cache days. It was working fine couple of months ago until after migrating to my production server. my zimbra release is:
Quote:
Release 6.0.4_GA_2038.UBUNTU8_64 UBUNTU8_64 FOSS edition.
Please help me resolve this if you have any idea.

I have a primary and secondary server. There are few users on the primary and few on the secondary server. The users on the secondary server (zimbra server) are having the problems. Both users are using the same domain as their email ie. userold@mail.co and usernew@mail.co

thanks

Well, let me explain a little bit about my server setup:

I have a primary server (FreeBSD) domain is mail.first.com. Before zimbra, this was the only server that we had and all users account were on this server until zimbra.

The secondary server (Zimbra) domain is zimbra.mail.first.com. I created a domain on this server (mail.first.com), so that I could migrate users over to the zimbra server one at a time, which I am currently doing. Everything is working fine except the auto-reply response. Now, the idea behind this was to make sure that the we still continue to use the mail.first.com domain. So users will have something like this user@mail.first.com instead of users@zimbra.mail.first.com.
I am not sure what you mean about child account enable. If my explanation above is what you are refering to as child account enable, then yes I do. Otherwise, I will like for you to explain a bit about what you are refering to as child account enable.

thanks
