Is there anyway we can view the user account in zimbra using CLI? If an user accidently deleted an email , how can we help to restore it? thanks

Yes, monthly backup. If the user already remove the email from Trash, can we still restore it?

Monthly backup? You like living on the edge

If the email was received before your last backup, then restore it from the backup. If it was received after the last backup, and removed from trash, then it's really gone as far as I know... Perhaps it's still in the senders' Sent box
