not upgrade yet...it is NE version.(Release 6.0.4_GA_2038.RHEL5_64_20091214174341 CentOS5_64 NETWORK edition).. the problem starts today...after some editing on login.jsp followed by replacing webapp/zimbra folder

So why did you do that and what happens if you revert to the original? You're not going to tell me this is a live production server, are you?

hmm..luckily we have folder webapps in otehr location and change the permission own+group to zimbra and change it 775 permission... and ...and... its work...backup always be our saviour.

but still wonder what's gone wrong.. bcause some of admin features like HSM, licence mgt, mailbox quota mgt cannot revive even though with redeployed those admin zimlets..

my pain gone already and i can sleep tonight...

it was a permission problem in files.

The problem already solved with the command line: create admin user.. just zmprov ca testadmin@domain.com test123 zimbraIsAdminAccount TRUE ...
