Default Contacts CSV output has Name column blank
Whenever I export Contacts to CSV there is just one Name column (rather than First Name and Last Name) and the column is entirely blank. Any ideas please?

Well, a colleague of mine found a good workaround - if you export contacts in Yahoo! format that works better and it imports well to Gmail
