Default [SOLVED] License issues with downgrade from Network Edition to OPen Source

Hello, I googled for it but I can't find an Answer.

I recently had to downgrade a Network Edition server to Open Source without relevant problems until yesterday when we tried to add new users. We could add some users without problems but eventually I got the following error from a "zmprov ca user@domain pass displayName "xxxx yyyy" zimbraAccountStatus active":

ERROR: account.TOO_MANY_ACCOUNTS (number of accounts reached the limit: domain=#########.com (490))

From a " zmprov gcf zimbraNetworkLicense" I still get my old license , so I guess that somehow I have to remove it, but if I try something like :
zmprov mcf zimbraNetworkLicense ""
I get a :
ERROR: service.INVALID_REQUEST (invalid request: zimbraNetworkLicense is immutable)

As now I am on an Open Source , I don't have any license tools as zmlicense.

Any ideas ?

How was the downgrade performed? As far as I understand the proper procedure is to do an "upgrade" install of the opensource version over the network edition (same versions of course).

Default Performed Installation

We installed the open source over the working installation ( same version ) and then we did an upgrade to current open source version . Besides this issue everything worked as expected.

Default [SOLVED] The problem was in the domain configuration

Another point was that a Field ZimbraNetworkLicense with my old license was present on the LDAP. I logged with a GUI client to remove the field, but after this "fix" the problem was still present.

After a bit of additional digging I found that a limit for the number of accounts in the domain was set.

The solution was a :
zmprov md <DOMAIN> zimbraDomainMaxAccounts <NEW LIMIT>

Thanks all for your help
